The place was spotlessly clean, I loved its staff and location.

The bed was a bit hard, that's my bad luck.

This accommodation was efficient and spotlessly clean, it had great location and drinks. Lots of food at the breakfast, including breads, pastries and cereal.

We loved staff and location here. Even though you guys made our stay excellent, beds were too soft. Brilliant location with a bus stop walk from the hotel. Also, Zurich Town Hall was 20 minutes walk from the venue.

Unfortunately internet connection was weak.

Lovely stay, we had all essentials. Soundproof & non-smoking unit with balcony as well as nice bathroom. Location near to the shopping streets and shops and tram stop...

Convenient place to stay while in Zurich. The property was fairly clean, featured modern design, I appreciated it. The bathroom I had was best. The early check-in process too.

Great staff, beautiful building, large room. Breakfast was satisfactory and frequently replenished. Close to a train station, nice shopping area. Spotless hotel, good service. It made my trip to Zurich a special experience.

Really enjoyable stay, as always. We loved this place, it's absolutely charming. The staff here are efficient, great service. The units are freshly renovated, neat. Very convenience location, 15 minutes' walk to a fantastic art museum.

It was a fine stay, funky place. Large bedrooms and a bright bathroom. Loved great views. It was across the central area.

The weather was particularly warm, had fairly nice stay. Friendly lobby. Could use their private parking.

very good breakfast items; helpful staff. the hotel is in the old district. there is restaurant st. gallerhof at the premises.

the hotel was situated in front of hauptbahnhof and also we could visit kunsthaus zurich. a wide array of restaurants to eat close by, like subito that was only 5 minutes' walk away.

Good bed, FRIENDLY staff. Great location, excellent rates.
